0 – FOR THE PRESENTIAL COURSES DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, IF THERE ARE MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE AUTHORITIES AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME TO A PRESENTIAL COURSE, WE WILL SAVE YOUR PAYMENT SO YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN ANOTHER COURSE, OR WE WILL REFUND YOU THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID. THIS CLAUSE PREVAILS OVER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES.

The clauses set forth here are applicable to all courses both face-to-face and online courses, organized by cursosdeclown.com, except for those organized by third parties (in which case it will be indicated that it is organized by a third party on the same course page).

In the case that other clauses are indicated in the Force Majeure section of the Clown Workshop or Clown Master Class page, the clauses of the course or master class page will prevail over this section.

1 – FORCE MAJEURE OF THE TEACHER

1.1 – The course is taught by Caroline Dream or Alex Navarro, or both (this is specified on the page of the course that interests you). If due to illness, accident, or other factors, the person who is scheduled to teach it could not teach the course, it would be taught by the other (Caroline or Alex), or another prestigious clown teacher. And if that was not possible, it would be canceled and the total amount of the registration would be returned by the same method that was used to make the payment.

2. CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE OR MASTER CLASS DUE TO LACK OF PARTICIPANTS

2.1 – Over the 22 years of teaching courses we have had to cancel in very few occasions. However…

for Clown Workshop: if it were the case that 1 day before the start of the course there is not a minimum of 10 people registered and confirmed, the course could be canceled.

for Clown Master Class: if it were the case that 1 day before the start of the master class there is not a minimum of 10 people registered and confirmed, the course could be canceled.

In both cases it would be communicated to all people registered and the total amount would be refunded by the same method that they used to make the payment.

3 – CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

3.1 – If you notify us that you will not be able to participate by sending a text message via WhatsApp to (+34) 667402680 two weeks before the course starts (that is, if the course starts on a Saturday, you must notify us 2 Saturdays before), you can participate in a later Course or MasterClass (*). But you must notify us, not by email, but by sending a text message by WhatsApp to the mobile (+34) 667402680. You can send a Whatsapp to us clicking here.

3.2 – If you cancel your participation, for whatever reason, less than two weeks before the start of the course, you can participate in an upcoming course (*) only in the event that someone else takes your place. It can be someone on our Waiting List (if we have one) or someone you find to replace you.  Communicate your cancellation by sending a WhatsApp to (+34) 667402680 (we insist, not by email, a text message by Whatsapp. You can send a Whatsapp to us clicking here).

3.3 – In the cases reflected in points 3.1 and 3.2 in which you can choose to participate in a new course, only one change of course is allowed. If you cancel your participation in the new course you changed to, you will permanently lose the registration fee.

3.4 – If, for whatever reason, the person enrolled does not appear for the course and has not notified us by sending a text message via WhatsApp to 0034 667402680 within the terms indicated above, they will lose the registration fee. You can send a Whatsapp to us clicking here

* In the cases reflected in points 3.1 and 3.2, the course must be announced on the web www.cursosdeclown.com and not indicate that it is organized by third parties.

4 – NUMBER OF PLACES IN THE ONLINE CLOWN COURSES or MASTER CLASSES

4.1 – Maximum number of places are indicated in the page of each Workshop or Masterclass.

4.2-  If the announced places (only in Face-to-Face workshops) will be filled and there is more demand, the quota could be increased by 2 more places, and we would increase 1/2 hour per participant added during the workshop (but never in the time of beginning the first day, or the time to finish the last day)

5 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS
